Right-to-Know
All requests must be submitted on a Right-to-Know Law Request Form. All fees must be paid prior to the release of any requested records. Snyder County will advise you of the fees due.
All requests for documents or records in possession of the Snyder County Sheriff’s Office made pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law must be directed to the Sheriff’s Office’s Open Records Officer via email, US Mail, fax or in person:
