PASSPORTS: ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR IN PERSON to process application re-entering the at land borders and sea ports of entry must present a passport book, passport card, or other travel documents approved by the U. S. government. For information on the cost and how to apply for a further information go to travel.state.gov
Application for passport (Form DSP 11) is executed with the Passport Acceptance Agent. (Prothonotary/Clerk of Court Snyder County) Passport renewal (Form DSP-82) may be completed and mailed to passport office by applicant. All forms available upon request for your review and completion.

PASSPORT CARD-May only be used for land and sea travel between the
United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean.
May not be used for travel by air!

APPLYING FOR BOTH BOOKLET AND CARD AT SAME TIME? Here are the fees:
First time applicants: Adults - Passport fee $ 95 + Execution fee $ 25
Minors - Passport fee $ 70 + Execution fee $ 25
VALIDITY for both booklet and card: Adult 10 yrs - Minor 5 yrs

All forms pertaining to passport amendments etc will be made available upon request. All fees are subject to change in accordance with the fee changes made by the United States Department of State. EFFECTIVE JULY 13, 2010 - FEE INCREASE ADULT BOOKLET - $ 110 / CARD $30 MINOR BOOKLET - $ 80 / CARD $ 15 plus the Clerk of Court processing fee $ 25 Return processing time after application is received by the U.S. Passport Office is four (4) to six (6) weeks - unless expedited service is used. Expedited service (within three weeks after passport office receives the application) involves an additional fee of $ 60 plus any special mailing fees, and applies ONLY to the passport booklet at this time.
